About Rob:
I am a former network adminstrator and technical trainer who discovered the world of web design while earning my Masters' degree. I took an instant liking to web design, and within six months of starting I had secured a position as webmaster for about one-third of a Florida University. I was also teaching web design at the vocational school level and working at a University Career Center as an advisor.

Upon graduation with my Masters in Business Administation (MBA) I decided to start my own web design firm. Approaching it's two-year anniversary, FlashRob.com (aka 300website.com) has become the premiere web design firm in the bodybuilding, fitness, supplement, and health/fitness industry.

This year we are adding database and php capabilities, advanced flash capabilities, and multimedia such as audio, video, and radio production. If you need it, and I can't do it - I will learn how to do it.
